Cricket Wireless has decided to launch a new mid-range smartphone to its line of pre-paid smartphones, namely the Engage LT. This new smartphone supports Cricket’s Muve Music service plus it comes with SRS WOW HD sound enhancement to deliver high-quality sound.
The Engage LT features a 4-inch WVGA Touchscreen display and powered by a Qualcomm 1GHz processor with 1GB of RAM and runs the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It also features a 3.2-megapixel rear-facing camera with flash and a front-facing VGA camera.
The phone is able to record 480p video and supports Cricket’s Muve Music service for discovering new music and streaming music. The pre-paid carrier is now offering the handset for an affordable price of $199 without a contract.
